07/14/2025 – Received initial DES/IDES notification email.
07/17/2025 – Received DES paperwork instructions and began packet assembly.
08/18/2025 – Medboard accepted.
09/05/2025 – 09/17/2025 – Completed all VA C&P exams.
10/30/2025 – C&P exams uploaded to VA system.
11/03/2025 – NARSUM signed and finalized. Awaiting legal, due to the government shutdown
12/04/2025 – MEB review/Legal appointment; rebuttal submitted; mental health condition added to referral.
12/18/2025 – Case officially sent to Physical Evaluation Board (IPEB).
02/19/2026 – MNCC confirmed case routed, assigned, and pending at PEB (Norfolk).
