Need help on VA process time line

I start my MED board under IDES system with 34 condition (10 unfitting condition)and my VA progress as follow:
Claim Received Phase completion on 02/15/2012
Under Review Phase completion on 02/16/2012
Gathering Evidence Phase completion on 03/09/2012
Review of Evidence Phase completion on 01/17/2013
Preparation for decision start on 01/17/2013

How long does take to receive VA decision? and how I can request to get decision copy?

Anywhere from 1 day to 90 days, key thing to look for is Prep for Notification.

You should be getting your 199 in about 30-60 days, you cant request a copy of a decision, when you get your proposed ratings completed and ready to sign thats when you will see a copy
