New Condition TDRL

generally, no. The exception is if it the new condition is directly caused by one of the TDRL conditions. Obviously, you can always submit a new VA claim if you believe the condition is service connected.

The new condition worsens one of my conditions. So hopefully they take that into account.

If the new conditionmakes Your old condition worse, your percentage MAY increase. But it depends on the condition and how much worse it became. It is impossible to say without details.

I go TDRL for seizures and Chronic Insomnia with Control substance medication use. The new condition would be meniers disease.

Not likely. Once you are retired by DOD, your case is essentially closed, not including the reevaluation for TDRL. You don't get to add to it afterwards. Anything that comes up after you have retired from service is handled by VA. TDRL re-evaluation is only for the conditions that you are currently on disability retirement for.

You are retired. Anything new isn't considered by DOD. The VA can rate it but it won't have any affect on your DOD ratings.

I’m already 100 p&t so I don’t know if adding this will have then open all my cases for review.

See above. This is not completely correct.

Here is the exact language:

If new conditions are diagnosed during the TDRL period, they will qualify for DoD Disability only if they are unfitting and they are the direct result of one of the TDRL conditions. All other new conditions will not qualify for DoD Disability, but may qualify for VA Disability.
