Hello! This is my first post and honestly I'm not even completely sure what is going on. I am an AGR member, and I curtailed my orders last fall with a DOS of 15JAN25. I knew I wasn't able to schedule a SHPE until my latest x-ray last Thursday, but as I called to say I needed a SHPE ASAP because as soon as the order ends, I'm out. Then I was notified I am in IRILO status and basically, I can't separate. I had a surgery which removed a cyst attached to my pericardium in November and two thoracentesis procedures because pre and post removal, it was causing an effusion. The cyst was massive and apparently I was born with it and its just been growing my entire life, but its gone now. Granted I am not a doctor but the cardio-thoracic surgeon said recovery went well and my latest x-ray was clear. What realistically should I expect? They said its going up to AFPC saying I can't leave but how fast does that occur? Would I still get paid? Do I need a new order? And finally, how long might this process last? I apologize for the information dump I just feel like I am grasping at straws for any kind of answer.
