Not seeing Claims on VA.gov

I recently reached out to the VA after the completion of my C&P exams 08/21, Lady on the phone claimed that all docs were received and under review. However, I cannot see any submitted VA claims on VA.gov. Was wondering if anyone has experienced this? Optum Serve was my vendor btw.

I had the same issue for me late last year when I was going through the MEB/PEB process. I even opened a trouble ticket with VA and nothing came out of it. From what was explained to me, since I wasn’t a veteran yet, it wasn’t going to populate. For my peers that was going through the IDES process with me that I know of, it was the same experience for them as well. However, some of the people who was going through it years ago here actually had theirs populate.

Thanks for the feedback, I'll post here if anything changes for others going through.
Same situation, I finished my exams 3 days before you, and called and was told my claims are awaiting ratings, but won't show in the VA app. I am AF, which shouldn't matter, but maybe.

I finished exams in May, and my packet has been with the VA since June and I still dont have anything on the app

Update: Just signed my NARSUM/MEB results, have all hard-copy DBQ's from Optum Serve, still not showing anything on VA.gov. Hope this helps.

From what I know, if you’re still on active duty and going through the MEB/PEB or IDES process, your claim will not show up on VA.gov until you officially leave the service. Once you separate, the VA usually updates the claim in the system, and then you can see it online.
