Past my PDIR date, don't know what to do

So, to start, I was placed in the IDES program shortly after I was given orders to mobilize for a year. My commander, who was not certain of the process, told me to go to Fort Hood anyway and if I get turned away, I get turned away. I was given a waiver to stay on orders and was able to finish the year long mobilization. However, in the middle of the mob, I was contacted by my PEBLO and had to continue the medboard process despite the waiver. To make a long story short, I was still found unfit for duty got a 60% rating and was given my PDIR last minute. They based my end date off of my active duty orders which ended June 20th, and that gave me no time to finish the process. I was allowed to go home from Fort Hood (never received my DD214) and was told my original unit (I mobed with a different unit) had to request to extend my orders so that my due date could be extended. It is now July 15th, I haven't gotten those orders from my original unit and from the unit I mobed with. I haven't received retirement orders from Fort Sam. No one knows what tf they're doing and the retirement chief that has been contacting me is threatening to escalate things to an investigation level if things don't get fix...but is not telling me how to fix things. I keep telling my NCOs that I need to have those orders extended, but S1 and USARC has a whole won't do it. I don't know what to do - if anyone has any guidance, I would greatly appreciate it.

You need to contact your local congressperson and request help via a congressional inquiry. There will be a person on his or her staff that deals with all the agencies in the government that can you get sorted out very quickly. This is the way to go!

I was hoping it did not have to come to that, but it is looking like I have no choice in the matter. I just reached out so fingers crossed I hear something soon

You need medical extension orders so Fort Sam can cut your retirement orders. Push your PEBLO/MSC to escalate officially, and request written denial from S1/USARC if they won’t act—that usually gets movement.
