I created this Calculator in Excel 2007. Let me know if you find any bugs. I created this because I could not find anything quite like it please feel free to use and distribute this.

DOES NOT WORK WITH OPENOFFICE.

If you have any suggestions of things you'd like added please post them. This is a work in progress.

Dood! That is awesome! Worked like a charm. The pay rates for my particular grade (O-3E) seem to be the previous years' rates (i.e. 2011 shows 2010 rates, etc) but it's close enough and gives a good idea....

Thanks, your calculator hit the numbers on the head.
I am trying to find out why my 100% tdrl pay is 2874 but because I am TDRL there is an 1847.00 VA offset. I get conncurrent reciept just don't why I have the offset.

I want to add in the SMC ratings but i'm not sure if those are added to your percentage rating or in lieu of your percentage rating. Anyone got an answer to that?

UPDATE: all SMC ratings except K are In Lieu of percentage amount.

Just wanted to give you a head up. The combined ratings calculation is off. I suspect it has something to do with the way the rounding is. For example, my rating is 90% total. But the calculator states 100%. This is the breakout on how it should be calculated.

50% 0.5 50.0 50.000 50.000
50% 0.5 25.0 25.000 75.000
30% 0.3 07.5 17.500 82.500
30% 0.3 05.3 12.250 87.750
20% 0.2 02.5 09.800 90.200
20% 0.2 02.0 07.840 92.160

If you shoot me the password to the file, I can update some of it and shoot it back to you for your review.
