Called my PEBLO today and the vote is in, Unfit. What next? He said VA ratings will take about 5 weeks...When do I get my transition date?
 
Ratings are up next and then back to the PEB for their DOD ratings to find out if you get severance or retirement. Transition date will be within 90 days of when the PEB finishes up. You will have to complete leave and transition during that timeframe.

Thanks, that's what I figured. I'm at 22 years, so I'm pretty much just waiting to retire and get my VA ratings.
 
You are in a good spot then if over 20 years active, you can get your retirement and your disability at the same time.
