I'm not sure if this is the right thread for this.
I received my findings back for PDRL on July 1st and responded the same day. I reached out to PERS on the 14th and got a message back on the 15th that they still hadn't gotten my Index from Navy Yard and they haven't even started processing my message with my new out date. So I called Navy Yard today and not only did they give me my Index number, but they told me they sent it to PERS on the 10th! I sent another email to PERS, put in a ticket with MNCC, and contacted MILPERS and my command. MNCC told me there wasn't much they could do and MILPERS told me they couldn't do anything at all.
A sailor I worked with got her findings back the same day as me and got her message traffic today. She's getting out the end of October and I've got a funny feeling I'm gonna be pushed back till at least the end of November.
Does anyone have any idea as to what I can do? I'm getting the runaround from both sides here and I just feel lost. Thanks for any help you can provide!
