Process of a a MEB

New here, so I don't know how to edit. Quick back story.
Found out I had rheumatoid arthritis back in July. Started medication out in town and assigned to limited duty. My limited duty is over in the new year. I returned for an evaluation and due to my medications (methro, humira and Hydroxy) i was referred to a med board. I know it's the holidays but i just want to see what's usually the next step and what to prepare for.
I'm up for reenlistment, and can't do anything other than find out what the outcome of all this is...

Hi, I’m also up for the med board for this and I just had my commander speak with me. I’ve been a weird case was first referred for symptoms when I was 22 doctors basically refused to diagnose me since I was so young. So they couldn’t start a MEB. Anyway now I’m 25 my med board was officially submitted October 2022. Still not sure. My job is very easy going and my illness doesn’t affect the mission in the opinion of command so the decision is to retain but they said it can come back otherwise regardless.
