My PTSD exam was grossly incorrect so I am in the same book. if the VA claim says closed then you can call the VA and ask for the decision letter(it might take a few calls to find someone wholl send it to you) but this will only tell you your percentage as a whole and there will be no break down. I asked my PEBLO about doing another exam and she said I will be able to once the PEB part is back. She said there should be a break down once it is back.
I call and receive my decision letter with the tentative rated percentage. As you said there is no break down. I figured it would come in once my case is submitted to the PEB board. Lord knows when that will be. Hopefully I can get a new exam or a will suffice. Will keep you posted.
