Since it’s now 2026, I wanted to post end-of-the-year cost analysis and a future savings projection. This all would not have been possible without hiring a private attorney for my PEB. Other clients I’ve spoken with who are part of this class action are at different points in their journeys and it is evident that those who retained a private attorney have had the most favorable outcomes thus far. This takes into consideration: timeliness to resolve case + navigating bureaucracy + administrative hurdles + CRSC adjudication.
It has been a tough year for many feds and the fact that military attorneys have been swept up into ICE roles or laid off does not bode well for future timelines.

I have very few regrets in my life - but having that GS-14 civilian attorney ranks as the number 1 regret.
