Congrats on your 90/50. I appreciate the post as I am also going through IDES at Schofield. I am curious what your current balance of leave was when receiving your orders. I am about 3 months behind you and trying to guestimate my retirement date.

Thanks for sharing your timeline, it's very helpful to know what others experiences have been - apparently results may vary - my P3 was initiated 13 July 2023 - I just now received my notification that I was found unfit (I had a few appeals and a large list of conditions to be checked by the VA). I'm definitely interested to see how quickly the VA turns my ratings.
 
I figured I'd share my timeline here in this thread as well - just to give some contrasting timelines for expectation management. My IDES process has been longer - I had retirement orders in hand at the time my P3 was written, which triggered a presumption of fitness decision (for those in a similar situation). I have 28 years AFS. So far what's extended my timeline was VA exams (from Aug thru Dec) as well as 30 days to develop my written appeal to my 199 and the 21 + days to work with PEB counsel awaiting fitness determination. The MEB counsel here locally has also predicted I'll need to appeal the VA's initial ratings for my disqualifying condition, he's been right so far so I'm sure mine will be the longer of scenarios.
