Gives me hope though to see people with timelines like mine starting to get ratings back. Hopefully it means us people who had unfit memos submitted mid January time frame will start getting our ratings back here soon.

I hope you get your ratings soon. I know how shocked I was to get mine. I was on the phone with my PEBLO when she got the info that mine was done. I called weekly.
 
I call weekly and all she says it is to early to tell, or call when it's 45-60 days. Well 45 day mark is Tuesday. I'll be calling prolly same response tho.
 
I was calling to ask her if the cases she was watching from DEC got their ratings..she said no but wanted to check mine too. She was surprised mine was back. I have been told many times that I have an extremely cut and dry case. I hope yours comes back soon. I am still in shock and have so many more questions lol but on to the next step.
 
It is encouraging to hear that someone got their ratings. I know that I am on about the same timeline as Sicotic and MYBAMF. My unfit memo was sent to the VA on 15 Jan 13.
 
Ive been told mine is pretty cut and dry too... So ive been thinking all along it should take all that long. But I guess time will tell. Im feeling good about this week getting something back.

Jacqueline, did your ebenefits change at all prior to your PEBLO giving you the news?
 
My Ebenifits still says gathering evidence and it says that evidence requested is past due
 
So I called my PEBLO this morning to get my weekly update and the news was not good.... She said she had just got out of a meeting and the word is VA Seattle is back logged over 500 cases and her supervisor told her to not even worry about inquiring about cases submitted in the Dec/Jan time frame. She said there are a few cases where they're the simple "one unfitting condition" that are still slipping through rather quickly. But she told me to expect about 3 months to get ratings back at this point. Sorry to rain on anyone's parade.
 
My peblo went to a meeting as well. Trying to call her now. I talked to the dav who are super cool. Sent in my poa through email. Now they can look up my account. Will keep you updated. Man I hope it's not 3 months.
 
Sicotic, what DAV # did you call? The Ft. Lewis or JBLM #?
 
I called mine in anchorage, doesn't matter which one. As soon as I called she was looking p my account with no questions asked. I was impressed.
 
I called a number in Seattle, two here in Hawaii and I even called the Anchorage (Alaska's home for me) and I got no one on the phone. Hopefully they return my calls tomorrow. Im interested to see what kind of info they provide for you.
 
It is open 0800-1600 alaska time. I called and they answered every time. Person who is working with me is Ann Hoffman. She emailed me a poa and I filled it back sent it back to her. She turned it in and called me back!!! She told me she will be able to look into system tomorrow. Hopefully get some news! Number that I called was 907-257-4803.
