STR Certification Question

Hey all, I just received a DD Form 2963 in my TOL documents that states: "AFTER SEARCHING WITH ALL DUE DILLIGENCE WITHIN THE TIME FRAME PERMITTED IT IS DETERMINED THAT THE SERVICE TREATMENT RECORD IS MISSING PARTS OR ABSENT."

Is this common for AGR Soldiers seeking care from a primary care doctor in the civilian sector? I am assuming so, but wanted some feedback from the group on what this may mean for my claims process portion of the MEB/PEB. I have submitted all my civilian medical records and they are loaded in TOL so I am not sure what else I would need to provide at this point. Thanks for the assistance!

Very common. I would try to gather any documents from private providers for locations where you were on Tricare Prime Remote. Then submit them to your PEBLO to be added to your record. Probably need to give to your MSC too since the VA probably doesn't have them too.

When my wife who was AGR was submitting a profile package she submitted loads of private doctor records to support her profile packet. That was crucial in her showing the progression of her conditions and for her to get a P3 profile on several conditions.

Thank you. They uploaded my HRR and all my records were there, so I am not sure what could be missing. My PEBLO said she had never seen this document before. I will reach out to my MSC and see if they know.
