I reviewed my findings for some reason the PEB combined my TBI with my ptsd. Gave me Dod 70% ptsd 20% cervicalgia. Va gave 100% due to multiple issues next big one being sleep apnea 50%. Should I be worried in 18 months their was other items but I was given 30, 20, and 10's? Can someone explain what i should be doing next and how I continue treatment if I don't have a local VA?

Most all mental health conditions are combined. TBI can be separate but is more commonly combined in the mental health ratings.
It appears you have maxed out both DoD and VA percentages if I am reading your post correctly. Congrats!
If you do not have local VA access, you can request for community access via the VA. Additionally, you will have Tricare, so you can use that as well. You could also look up the Vet Center. It offers free counseling to Veterans including remote sessions.

Good news is that means you did max out both DoD and VA. DoD max payment 75% and VA is 100%.No DOD gave 80 VA 100 should I be worried I am TDRL
Regarding the TDRL, it is commonly recommended to continue treatment. Make sure you have a paper trail to show you are attending medical appointments as appropriate for whatever your conditions are. You can go to the VA for this, use remote appointments via computer, or attend outside private providers. You can do this or some combination of it. It's all up to you. The point would be to get the honest medical help you need and be able to show at the TDRL/PDRL review the level at which you conditions are...improved, remained the same or worsened.
