When the Army gave me the papers(Certificate of retirement and Certificate of appreciation to my wife)on the last day, my wife cried.
Yeah, it was tough but not that tough.


I noticed depending on your contentions(claim), the IDES processes, and schedules, must be changed.

I am going to work with VA as a VSR.

It was rough for me to get order. But you can pick your retirement day depends on how many days you have your ETS leave.
Two step is important. One is getting approval leave forms thru IPPSA. Other is getting order that based on your separation request form made by you.
