Timeline/Status confusion

I'm not sure where the delay is. From my understanding of the timeline after the VA rating is done it should only take 5 days to have results. I understand delays and backups, but historically the VA rating seems to have been the delay. What exactly does the PEB do after the VA rating is done anyways other than compile everything and send it back? Like initially I was like oh orders and everything have to be written, but that comes after. I do want to clarify I'm not currently upset at how long its been, I'm letting future potential issues upset me. Like if I go a full two month like you with no results I'm going to be upset.
 
Yea I’m really not sure I don’t think anyone is. I think they may be short staffed or the pure number of cases but it’s been over two months for me.
 
It’s really common it seems almost everyone on here besides army and airforce have been at least 2+ months

It used to be it’s DOD now I believe. From what I heard the VA dropped hundreds of cases on the PEB all at one which kind of caused a delay.
 
I haven’t heard anything, which is the frustrating part

The VA closed and sent my disability to the PEB on 16 Aug and I haven’t heard anything since

I emailed my lawyer yesterday and they said they couldn’t pull anything and wouldn’t be able to until I’m found Unfit. That’s what confused me to begin with

They may not have it updated yet or something mine was received July 5th and in the system said unfit on 30 AUG. So it was about 2 months.
 
Maybe, I’ve sort of accepted that the process is very behind the scenes and not something I’ll ever really understand

Just some clear communication would be nice
 
i just want the VA rating letter TBH. I can wait past that, but it’d be nice to know my disability so I can have an idea of what to prepare for
 
They’re both in the attached, but the letter the VA sent me was telling me I couldn’t claim my knee and opto issues

Where do you get that information from? I submitted my PEB documents in August. Medcom states they are waiting on my 199 but when i called the VA they were not tracking me going through a med board or needing to turn in any documents. I have not heard from anyone about my med board since August. The condition they are MEB for was rated at 40% by the VA. I decided to send my rating later and disability list to my PEBLO because Idk what information they could possibly be usingbif they are not talking to the VA.
 
On the VA app and from Legal I got most of the information. They weren’t tracking my stuff for a while it seems as well. I’m not sure what their process is. I think it’s different in every branch.
