Seeking some information on what does the criteria mean by toxicity when it comes to Chrons/UC(tachycardia, anemia etc.). Is it only limited to those two or is it a broader list of things?

Going through TDRL reevaluation and have been in a shaky remission since separation with stint of prednisone with inflammation still being high and "habits" are being bad... hard to argue anemia/tachycardia as theres no blood loss like you have during a flare... Searched google and all toxicity means relating to IBD is toxic megacolon... which is an emergency in itself.

Looking for inputs from people who were rated under new criteria or understand it better.
