I have the same timeliness.

Mine was accepted by the peb just before that. Lucky yours is moving so fast. If you don't mind who do you mean by MSC?

UPDATE: this is from VA.gov

We closed your claim on December 6, 2022

A decision packet will also be mailed to you. Typically, decision notices are received within 10 days, but this is dependent upon U.S. Postal Service timeframes.

You were PEB accepted 5 days after me. I called the VA because the website doesn't have my claim. They said I'm still in the decision phase. They said my PEBLO would be able to tell me exactly what's going on but my PEBLO just says "I do not have your official findings as of now" I don't know when I was found unfit or the exact day I was assigned an officer. hopefully I hear something soon.

You're super close, you are right behind me I'm sure within a few days your status in VA will come up sending you your letter. I will keep you updated the next few days if Peblo has received it for signing.

So I just called the VA number at 18008271000, they said I was at step 5 of 8 "decision making". Next step is review of the decision, then qa, then sending findings so I think you're at step 8?

Seems like they're all over the place up there. I was PEB accepted 12 Sep.
Didn't get unfit finding until 24 Oct and was never told about the rating officer. I've also never seen anything at VA.gov but they said they just recently merged ebenefits so the system isn't going to be accurate until "hopefully the beginning of the year"

thats correct its the final stretch to the process, you can find out from you MSC, Contact her for an update regarding the PEB, she can check that our for you and see where exactly your paper are. Also this is all depend on how many claim and what disability from dod your being rated for, but you are about 1 month to be exact if you are at stage 5

I was accepted 2 days after you to the PEB IDK when exactly I made it to the rating officer but I know it was around NOV 14th. Hopefully a rating is done before 2023. My MSC just says ask your peblo for information and my peblo says she cant say anything until she has the completed package back. Its all very frustrating because the website doesnt work so we are completely in the dark.

My package was sent on 10 November and I have heard nothing. Who sent you the [email protected] stating your claim was finished? I still have not heard if I’m unfit for duty

I was peb accepted a month before specopsjesus and didn't hear I was found unfit 10/24 until 2 weeks ago. The va communication system is all messed up so most people don't hear anything. Also I believe you accidentally autofilled your personal email and may want to delete your comment
