Received my DBQs finally and am very upset with what this examiner put. During the exam he was trying to put words in my mouth and making his own examination and diagnosis. I have a seizure specialist write a letter to the VA disagreeing with his medical opinion on how it is extremely unlikely to have seizures 5 years from a fender bender accident. I have never seen a more idiotic and contradicting medical report ever.

Make sure to have seizure specialist letter uploaded now. Hopefully, the person rating you will see it and disregard it. The tie is supposed to go to the Solider so if you have one doc say one thing and another say another thing then they should lean towards whatever benefits you.
Don't wait to do a VARR. Keep uploading evidence to your VA claim to hopefully get the correct rating the first time!
