VA delay in submitting proposed ratings

Hey all,
I’m dealing with an issue that is holding up my DA199, not anything to do with PEB but an LOD. I was found not in the line of duty back in June, contested, but findings were sustained. I’m active so not super common I guess, anyways, everything including the PEB results and investigation is concluded just being held up for a signature from the commander of T2COM. My unit has been opaque at best, I’ve reached out to the special victims consul who was able to tell me that it is being held up at the CAC office. I nor my superiors in my unit are familiar with the office, it’s been over two months at this point and I am wondering what to do. Any ideas are appreciated.

I am Air Force so we have a 356. In my signature it shows my timeline however. Mine is ready as of today im just waiting on the peblo to call me in.How long have you been waiting to get your DA199?

Negative. It came from some random civilian person who notified me via my civilian email that i was placed on TRANSPROC & that i had a NLT dateIn

Does anyone here have a contact for the Seattle DRAS office or for the PEB personnel at FT. Sam Houston? I am trying to track down my DA199 and where its at. Last I heard it was needing one more signature.

Man, that's exciting! I missed a call from my PEBLO today and she said my ratings are in. Hopefully I will be right there with you and be able to sign my DA199 soon as well!
Update. Kinda. Proposed ratings were sent to PEB 13 Nov. Haven't heard anything since. I've been waiting to hear from my PEBLO. But no DA199
