@Highspeed who was the person that was that helped you to checked? I have been trying to get hold of someone at JBSA but no luck. The phone number on their website is always ringing and no one has ever picked it up

VA delay in submitting proposed ratings

Called Va today claim has been accessed and worked on and assigned to a team as of today … hopefully not too much longer
Just emailed my PEBLO and asked if the IPEB was shutdown entirely or just running a skeleton crew. He said “ SIR! They are in the same boat we are. We don’t know their schedule the nation is in a shutdown. BE PATIENT!”

Well, good news is, a rater kicked it back so it got to them at least. Probably what happened was the rater wasn’t happy with what was listed on the DBQ’s or the examiner probably messed something up.Just got a call from VES they need to schedule an exam again, which was done four-five months ago. I don’t know why they are doing it again and so frustrated it will delay my process even more.
Currently awaiting the D199, as advised by the PEBLO. Delays are anticipated due to the ongoing government shutdown's impact on the Physical Evaluation Board (PED) process. How accurate is that!!

April 16- Refered to MEB
April 18- met with MSC and PEBLO
June 4- Final C&P exam
June 11- NARSUM draft
June 18- NARSUM signed
June 23- PEB sent packet to VA
June 25- VA starts processing
July 31- assigned Rater
Aug 29- VA.gov shows step 5 of 5
OCT 6- Called VA and was informed I was assigned Rater on OCT 6

I got the same statement from my Peblo, but guess what? It took PEB 7 days to get my DA 199 done and took my Peblo additionally 7 days to get it across to me. So In total 14days from the day VA submitted the proposed rating which was on Oct 3rdCurrently awaiting the D199, as advised by the PEBLO. Same things just happened to me I got email saying optum serve will contact me for another c&p exam . 4 months of waiting just for another exam and not to know whether I will be waiting even longer .Just got a call from VES they need to schedule an exam again, which was done four-five months ago. Hey man, I’m sorry that happened, although it’s absolutely dreadful in the moment I feel like it’s important to trust the raters. I’m sure there is an expedited line for people who just needed reworks for their claims. PEBLO’s are so out of pocket honestly it’s kinda crazy. Sitting on that for another week is insane to me, but my PEBLO pretty much berates me for asking questions dude has zero patienceI got the same statement from my Peblo, but guess what? Nothing here, my ratings have been completed since September 25… @BigBlueHue I had called my peblo who was on leave and someone else answered, didn’t get a name.
Nothing here. Called the VA again this morning and got the same script. Still in the decision making phase. Got told for the 100th time to just be patient.
Still waiting for my ratings since signing my Narsum in June. Got an email from the VA yesterday about scheduling a C&P exam for some reason
