Anyone has VA proposed ratings less than 100%? Seems every post I see is 100% proposed.

mine is 80%
I got proposed 30% but that’s because they didn’t look at half of my documentation since it was given to me after I was already provisionally rated.

I was proposed 90. However, the VA had to send one of my claimed conditions to another doctor for a second "Medical Opinion". I haven't heard of that happening before, but I am not really worried. **The condition is NOT included in the 90%**Anyone has VA proposed ratings less than 100%?
