How long was your case at the VA awaiting ratings? I know each case is different, but I just want to see so I can have an idea. The VA received my case March 6, 2019 and I'm AD Navy.

Army average over the past three months is 45 days. Mine closed around at 70 days very recently.

@Navychick just out of curiosity when did they send you package to peb just wanted to know how long it stayed there before it went to va for rating mine went up about a month ago. Also how did you find out it was at Va.

Thanks for the number

Hello all,

I am AD Navy and have also been found unfit. Finding that out a few weeks ago gave me a lot of hope about the outcome of my case. However, I have been on this PEB sequence since October 2018 and I am just awaiting further details. I have three conditions for my knee that has caused me to be unfit. Now my package has been with the VA since March 08, 2019. I could definitely use some assistance with the ratings for the following below. Does anyone have similar disabilities; which, I can kind of compare findings wise? I am just overly anxious about my VA outcome. *On my C&P it states that I do not have PTSD nor Sleep Apnea.*

I have the following conditions with the pending process below:

What you’ve claimed
  • Chondromalacia patella right knee (New)
  • unilateral 1st degree osteoarthritis right knee & hip (New)
  • patello femoral disorder right knee & hip (New)
  • PTSD

How did you find out what your C&P said?

How did you find out what your C&P said?
normally when you go in to visit your PEBLO you are given copies of your C&P exams, if you don't you can always file a FOIA to request them.

I was given copies of my C&P exams; you can (and SHOULD!) request them and keep them as part of your medical records forever. Do not lose them.

From the PEBLO?

Your PEBLO should have access to these because they should have been sent to you as you signed your NARSUM (or whatever your branch of service calls it) that stats your fit and unfit conditions moving to the MEB
