I had a quick question, hopefully somebody has come across this. The writeup for my PTSD C&P exam lines up to 30%. I know DOD is supposed to rate me 50% and place me on TDRL. My question is if DOD does 50% TDRL, will the VA also rate me at 50%? I'd actually rather get 30% PDRL but I doubt that's happening. Any input would be great.
You will end up with 50% while on TDRL even if you have 30% for PTSD. Very rare for you to be place on PDRL. By regulation you have to be seen every 18 months and by the fifth year given a final rating. Good Luck!
