yes so it showed open on the 7th and then last updated the 12th and i got the myFSS email on the 13th. so im hopein that means they have everything as well. ive bene going through this whole process an extremely long time.

i received the same email again from MyFSS yesterday.. so im not sure what that means for me and my peblo doesn't give me updates so im just kind of waiting till i get a call.
Who uploads your DBQs to TOL? I filled mine out, but the C&P examiner kept it. I only received blank DBQs for General Medicine, not for Mental Health or Audio. Also, Where do you fin this in TOL? I am looking everywhere and can't find where they are supposed to show up. Thanks! Currently on MEB for the past 11 months. Finished all my C&P exams 2 months ago and still no updates.
i believe it is the examiners who upload them in TOL. To find them go to health records then to documents and they should be there if they are uploaded. i completed my last VA exam and didn't hear anything until the 6th of this month.
I was thinking it was the exam scheduler since they have to do QA on the results, but I really don’t know for certain.

How did you get an unfit so fast? I got myfss email on 24OCT and I just called the VA today and they said they haven't received an unfit rating from IPEB.
You should talk with PEBLO I literally got off the phone just now and they told me that. I had told them to double check and I guess they checked something else and it was there.
Interesting okay. Ill try. I called her yesterday and she told me that she can't do anything or check anything and that I just have to wait. She hasn't ever checked the system when I ask her to.
I honestly am not sure how AFPC assigns the IPEB cases but I know I didn’t have an expedite memorandum in my case file. It’s possible they have certain prioritizations for their queue but not sure what they are? Some facts about my case: I’m on a Med Hold extension, my 37 code date is in March, maybe they go by total days since referral for full MEB… but if yours has been long on any of those then I wonder if it’s just randomly assigned which would be crazy. Or maybe there’s some back and forth going if there’s any returns for corrections in your case file?
Maybe? My code date is May. I haven't been told about any back and forth but that doesn't mean there hasn't been.
Are you able to access myFSS easily? You could check to see in the cases section if you have any closed cases. I think if there’s an issue with your case file, they reject/close the case to return it to the PEBLO office, and the PEBLO opens a new case each time for corrections. I have one closed case and my “good” case is still open but hidden from my view I think until the full PEB stage is over.
So no case files in myfss and I just called the VA today and they still haven't heard from IPEB.
The PEBLO has been sitting on a lot of cases because I signed my 618 on 7 NOV 2024 and was told that it was outdated. (Resigned and submitted it a week later) Almost a month later I just received myFSS email yesterday.
Similar to me. I signed on 8 Oct and got myfss email on 24 Oct.
what did you ask the VA when you called them?
I asked what the last note was on my case and they said "they received my case on 18 Sept and are waiting to hear fit/unfit from IPEB."
