When can I expect my DD-214?

Retirement day is today (18July). I have already moved away from my command. Just curious when I can expect my DD-214? I have emailed my admin but they havent gotten back to me (its been a few days). I assumed it would be after retirement day but just wondering how long I should expect to wait for it?

I need it to use my GI bill for school starting in 5 weeks. So the sooner the better? Trust level is always low when it comes to getting things in a timely matter. I have been burned many times so trust pretty much is non existent

Does this depend on service? I am Army. I thought I would have my DD-214 prior to final final out...
