WWBN will not accept you based solely on your PEB status. They are in fact less likely to accept you if on a Med Board. I would still try, it is always worth a shot. WWBN is great and the diamond in the rough of the USMC for sure, but all they really care about is "Can your command meet all your needs as a wounded Marine?" The referral process will need to start with your command, ask your 1StSgt about it and he should be able to print off paperwork for you to fill out nd he will send it to them. The acceptance process takes around a month, and the WWBN will put you on their own board to determine if you are fit to be in the battalion. By the time he gets accepted he will be getting his findings and out the door though. Also, WWBN Marines do not have special MED boards of privileges. I started my med board in October of 2020 and am still here, sent my board to the PEB June 30th.
