Negative they have to close out your VA claim then open a new one. In that new one is where you'll put in your DD214 if you get found unfit and separate.

I was stuck in that phase since June 27th. Give it time
How long did it take you to get your va ratings back?

Turns out that it was missing the original va claims for I had sent my MSC back in May. My MSC is trash, I luckily still had jt, uploaded it, and now my claim is closed out and the new one popped up. Wooooooo
Lets goooooo

It just closed today. They started working on them last week Thursday. In 10 days I can call and get the letter emailed to me
Fuck that’s a long time. I guess I’ll check it again after the new year

Can I get my proposed VA ratings if I’m still in the preparation for decision phase? I’ve been stuck there since sept. 16.
Check ebenfits as well as VA.gov and see if you have two claims. There will be a new one that closes out and the description will say va estimate letter or something similar. If that is done, you can call the va and try to sham the info and have it emailed.

I was bored this evening, and went back to the two week old PEB report. Obviously these numbers aren't exactly representative of the current situation since we don't know exactly how many people have received results since then.
As of October 19th:
There were 477 cases that had been with the medical officer since before July 1st. This number should include most of the April and May submissions, so this group is where the PEB results have come from.
There were 797 cases that made it to the medical officer's desk from July 1st to July 31st. This should be end of May cases and the bulk of June cases. (My case entered the PEB on Jun 2nd and was on the medical officer's desk July 9th.)
There were 1071 cases with the medical officer from August 1st to August 31st.
If anyone is able to "find" an updated copy, we would be able to get a really good idea of what's actually been happening over the last couple weeks.

Yea I would like to know too. I been 120 days with the MO and in the PEB since May 27th. Starting to grow inpatient now.

I have 5 of J5 little flashlight and they are great. Originally wanted a small, battery efficient and bright flashlight to take camping. Was more than pleased. This thing is sturdy, blindingly bright, takes 1xAA battery (and lasts a while), fits in your pocket, and has a really awesome scope.
Thank you for the astounding information regarding the PEB

Just called my PEBLO to ask if I was still in the Medical Officer stage and the dude just said yes without even taking a second to check, like he just knew off the top of his head.

My PEBLO hasn’t answered an email I sent three weeks ago.The last time I got her to answer she asked me what I wanted bc I had been blowing her phone up (she was clearly screening every previous call) I’d highly recommend her as my PEBLO.

I'm about a week behind you. Let's hope we get SOMETHING soon.
My PEB package was submitted on May 27th as well. 109 days with medical officer on the excel doc that was leaked and Still no word here, I was hoping to get some news this week... (like I do every week)

Somebody step up and hit us with some good news! happy hump day!

111 at PEB, 72 with MO. Looks like I've got a long wait ahead of me.
