Hey, guys, I was found unfit, my PEBLO sent this info to my Commander, so I could turn in CIF early. The question is, am I supposed to print the memo myself and pass it up to the cOc to be signed by CPT, or the Commander issue the memo? Supply room? I really do not know how it works. I know that my team/ squad leader wants me to keep my CIF until I get the orders.
Thank you all! Appreciate

You mentioned " ... sent this info..." but it is not included in your post.
When you speak of CIF, are you speaking of equipment issued to you? The Central Issue Facility (CIF) provides a single point for receipt, storage, issue, exchange, and return of field gear and other equipment. In other words, the CIF is a facility.
Here are some instructions I saw on the Fort Stewart web page: "It is recommended Soldiers commence clearing CIF upon receipt Military Orders (30 days from FINAL OUT DATE), but will not receive CIF Clearing stamp until installation Clearing Papers (DA Form 137-2) are received."
Use your chain of command. The next link is your platoon sergeant.
i always enjoyed turning in my field gear; it was like finishing another chapter of my career (not to mention it seemed to preclude field duty/FTX during a time when I was taking care of moving/outprocessing).
I've got the memo, but my PSG snatches it off the table ,every time I leave it for the CO to sign. PSG says there is no way he would let me turn in my CIF before I've got the orders. Should I use the open door policy and ask the CO myself?
Thanks. That's kinda frustrating, all this toxic leadership
