VARR template anyone? currently in IDES, just got ratings

does anyone have a template for a VARR (VA Rating Reconsideration)? I just got my service/VA ratings in the PEB. But there is a problem with one of the ratings - condition was rated under the wrong CFR code and with a very low %. MEB Counsel recomended a VARR and says there's a strong case to get if fixed.

how should I structure my VARR? What do I need to have in it? does anyone have a template?

At the very least can't your MEB Counsel provide a template? I mean that is what they are there for. To assist in legal regarding IDES.

Like most things in law, there is no such thing as a template for a VARR. Some attorneys may have formatting they prefer, but there is no such thing as a VARR template endorsed by the VA. Crafting a well-reasoned argument, in a format allowing the logic to speak to the issues raised, and enabling the reader to arrive at the desired conclusion requires much more than a template can achieve; templates don't do any good without solid arguments backed by clear evidence. This is precisely why a government IDES attorney is assigned to your case. I saw several different VARR formats during my time as an IPEB, FPEB and TDRL attorney. There isn't one format or template that won out. I know that's not the answer you wanted to hear.
