What was your outcome? I've been fighting since 2015....still no LOD...and I am continuing to fight as they process my package for iPEB.

Hi Modest13, What was the outcome in regards to the LODs for your active duty injuries? Did the Reserve grant them to you and back date the LOD? I am going through the same thing, but the reserve does not want to grant me LODs for injuries incurred during my Active Duty contract.

The doctor stated, "This happened while you were on active duty. Since you are now in reserve, it's a completely different route and the injuries did not occur in the line of duty." That made absolutely no sense to me.
