Thank you it has been a long road I wish you the best as well. If you want a good outcome you have to take charge and learn as much as possible each case is different. As a guardsman, it only adds complexity to the process. In my case, my LOD was vitally important.
Im in similar scenario although im still a CPL and haven't been bumped down to a SPC. My unit wanted me to sign a document to give up my slot but i put disagree on the document and i stayed on the list i just got done with PEB.
Initiated MEB with a current VA rating 100% P&T TDIU

I am in the same boat as you just got my 100% P&T and I am going to get referred to MEB. Judging by your comment I knew it was going to be a cluster of red tape

I really wanted to go through the MEB process because I wanted Tricare and because the government screwed me on my GI bill...
In my case it is duty-related I just got my LOD a couple of months prior and it was for my Back and nerves. My mental health knee and GERD claims were just added recently.
I'm mainly worried because VA ratings for nerve and spine conditions are entirely subjective. I had to fight with a lawyer...
So I will keep this as brief as possible I just got 100% SchedularTDIU P&T my case manager told me she will need to pull some additional documents then she will submit MEB packet.
In my packet, I opted for IDES will DOD use my recent exams or schedule new ones? I literally just got done with the...
