I’m awaiting my FPEB, my lawyer went over the conditions that would be added that have the best case to win. For my PTSD she had me get a letter from my therapist to state my current mental state, treatment plan and so on. Also being specific with diagnosis goes a long way.

It has been rough. Ultimately it came down getting a P3 added for PTSD with multiple conditions for eval to the FPEB. Last week everything was submitted, my lawyer submitted for Migraines, my right shoulder and PTSD and only one made it through. Now I just wait to see if they will adjust my DOD...

Definitely contact transitions to see if they can help. I've been in contact with mine since they've been asking for updates on my status so they can cut orders appropriately.

I would reach out to the transitions at your base. The one I'm attached to has been in contact with me about getting orders cut appropriately. Also how was the FPEB? I'm waiting on mine, still have yet to get a date or anything.

It varies. I signed my narsum 12 Nov and closed on 27 Jan when he signed 14 Nov an closed 25 Feb. Average is 2-3 months from what other people have posted, should take no longer. If the doc that did your exam described everything clear enough you should be good otherwise they will keep asking...

I mean a second claim, that's my bad trying to enlist someone and didn't type all the way. If you get put for a second it just means the rater wants something else looked at and your first initial claim will not be affected in getting your rating.

Did they say it was a secondary or for clarification?
