AFBCMR Timeline after Advisory Opinion?

So I'm in the AFBCMR process...I applied in June 2020 and just received Advisory Opinions. My question is if anyone knows how long the Board is likely to take following my response back to them?

I just got my board notice back today!

Applied in March 2020, advisory in October 2020, board conviened Dec 2020, results March 31st 2020.

Granted, sent an email yesterday poking the bear saying I was going to file a congressional inquiry... But that could be just coincidence.

They have gotten better, but don't plan on results earlier than 12 months.

Thanks @Guardguy11! That's kind of my personal hope as well...to have it completed within a year of submission. I see in your signature block that they told you two weeks, but instead it took about four and a half months. Did they indicate any reason for the delay?

Nope. "Post adjudication review" was the excuse for the first two months. Then it was just straight up "sorry for the delay" but eat shit. Finally poked the bear just hard enough for someone to go grab it off of the pile by saying that I was going to file a congressional inquiry. ‍♂️

Cool, cool, that's super cool of them. Hopefully it was in your favor at least.

It was in my favor, but honestly it would have been blatant fraud to deny mine. It was pretty cut and dry. C&P examiner literally clicked the wrong button. He told me 3-5 METS during the interview but the report came back as 5-7 METS. Got a civilian cardiologist to confirm 3-5 METS prior to my retirement (key point). The advisory opinion came back and said that because I had this civilian doctor provide this data PRIOR to official retirement that they agreed with my claim.

Update- mine is now in the post-adjudication phase...hopefully it goes faster than others on here!

Hello...does anyone know what a "60 Day Notification" is? Received an email stating that my upgrade petition was in the Case Adjudication Phase and the title of the email is "60 Day Notification." Although the only thing I can find is that there is a 60 day requirement if there is a change in your separation but I cannot find anything else on it. Any clue what this notification actually is? Thanks!
