I don't know how you guys never get tired of this...I did it on the website but the number I got back ($641.90) seems too high. Also, I'm not sure how they'd calculate active duty time. I read that if you're a reservist (I was) they take your total number of points and divide it by 365. My total number of points is 1996. 1996/365 = 5.468493 years (5 years, 5 months, 21 days).
But on my retirement orders it says "Disability Retirement: 4 years, 7 months, 11 days".
And on my final DD-214, it says "Total Prior Active Service: 3 years, 7 months, 15 days".
Do you guys know which calculation they'll use?
Moving along;
Gross Pay on RAS: $2,801.00
DOD Disability: 50%
VA Disability: 100% P&T
VA Pay (0 dependents): $3,831.30
CRSC Percentage I'm expecting: 70% until March 2023, 80% from then on (either amount is fine with me, if there's even a difference)
