I will apparently be going through the PEB process. (this is all new to me, being overseas at an AF command there were a bunch of things i skipped to get to this point apparently) Anyways now im set to PCS in november, but speaking with my monitor and career planner they suggested that i could ask for an extension to stay out here while i complete any medical stuff i have to. Spoke to the career planner and he said it wouldnt be an issues to ask for the extension, its just a matter of paperwork. And with that the monitor told me, he suggested i request a 12month extension. But then another party said that the PEB process cannot be done while overseas? Im just a bit confused... i would really like to stay out here until i get out, or at least until the medical stuff is over and done with for continuity sake. does anyone have any info on this?
