Case Being Voted On

I submitted my signed NARSUM to my PEBLO on 4/19, I haven't heard from her since, not even a confirmation that she received my NARSUM. I've sent three e-mails, the first one just seeing if she received the NARSUM, the second and third were following up to again, see if she had received the NARSUM. Today I broke down and called the PEB. Jeff let me know that my case is currently being voted on. Can anyone give me insight on where this means I'm at in the process? What comes next?

If your case is currently being voted on by the PEB, then my understanding is that you won't have to wait too much longer to get your findings. Make sure to schedule a meeting with your IDES attorney as soon as your findings come back to go over everything. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING until you have completed this step. Once you have gone over everything with your legal counsel and if you agree with everything, then you will sign. If you don't agree with your proposed rating, your PEBLO and attorney will be able to tell you what your options are and help you with the next step.
