Citing medical studies?

Where would I include medical studies when trying to back up my claims? Would I just do that in my personal statement?

Depends on where you are in the IDES process. Has the IPEB made a decision yet? If not, the best place to add the medical studies would be in the personal statement. Expectation management... it typically doesn't matter what you find. I have never heard of someone successfully providing data to the IPEB that actually changed their mind. Where medical studies actually have a chance and doing something is during the FPEB or if you are fighting for a Line of Duty determination.
