1. 3955 x 75% = 2966 gross retired pay. It is reduced to zero by amount of VA compensation.
2. 12 years AD x 2.5% = 30% longevity multiplier
3. 3955 x 30% = 1186.50

4. Based on the info you provided , your CRSC = 1186.50; You will also receive all your VA comp.
