Your timeline went by so quick! I was referred to the board July 2023. I requested an Impartial Provider Reivew to have a condition added, in Dec. I requested a Formal PEB the end of Apr and it was scheduled for 31 July. I didn't even find out the date of the FPEB until 27 June and heard from the lawyer on 5 July. Definitely sounds like you have a legit team taking care of you.

Do you still have a Formal PEB scheduled for Oct?

No, the informal board agreed with the appeal request, I signed the 199, and the formal board was cancelled.

Can anyone help? If you were stationed at fort liberty/bragg. How long until I receive my orders and does anyone have any contact info for them?

@kappy,

What did you end up getting DoD % after contesting, if you don’t mind me asking. I’m being MEB’d for combat related PTSD, but also have separate physical conditions that are not fitting for retention and well documented (such as TBI with residual calcifications on imaging of traumatic side, acute lung injury from a separate attack, etc.). I anticipate the board to look only at my referred condition (MH) and not other unfitting conditions I seek treatment for (migraines requiring Botox injections every 3 months, Acute lung injury albuterol/Inhaled corticosteroids daily.)

Thanks
