I have nearly the same timeline, my ratings closed on the 4th and my peblo said that since the VA has returned ratings the DoD shouldn't be too much longer. Almost done!

Yes, I called VA today and they said they have proposed ratings and now waiting on peblo to answer so I can get the propsed ratings!! So exciting, I wonder how long it will take to get the 199

4/21- signed narsum and sent to PEB
5/2- found unfit and sent to VA, has rater and is at last step of decision

I have a expedite memo, but feel like its not working

closed on VA.gov on 5/9- Calling pueblo for propsed ratings!!!
