I'll be quick here. So I was in an accident 3 yrs ago while on active duty. I survived one informal Peb after a not fit for duty finding by the Meb. I am now restricted line. I now have chronic pain and am still having proceedures done. I am posting because I have an ongoing civil case because this all started be getting hit by a huge truck on the interstate on the way to work(line of duty investigation confirmed I was in the line of duty). Long story short I am facing another surgery which could mean another Meb/Peb. Are there any "experts" out there with extensive experience in Peb/Meb cases that would be qualified to weigh in on civil trial?? Thank you!!
