Just wanted to give everyone an update. We spoke with HRC today. Our dates are below.

Claim dates

18SEP23 RECEIPTED IN
22NOV23 PENDING
04JAN24 CALLED HRC STILL PROCESSING
02FEB24 CALLED HRC STILL PROCESSING. **SAID IT HAS BEEN ABOUT 150 BUSINESS DAYS AVERAGE**

Likely going to be mid April for us. Good luck everyone!
 
Any update on your claim...

I just called today 04/08/2024 - The rep said they are currently processing October claims.

Just for context my claims was Received 11/13/2023
 
My apologies I thought I had updated this thread. We got the notice of approval on 03/20/24.

But nothing since that. Usually it’s 30 days after the notice that mypay and DFAS update.

20MAR24 RECEIVED APPROVAL NOTICE GOING BACK TO OCTOBER 2017.

Since most, myself included, can't assimilate 150 business days, I tell folks 6 months, it's been holding steady at that for a bit now that we're through all of the holidays and such. The next impact will be during summer leave time unless they get some more folks on the team. Currently, they have 3 analysts with an authorized strength of 9 for CRSC processing.
 
Hopefully you received an update from DFAS…

I just received notice of approval today date 1 May 2024 but effective date is 07/22/2022…

My timelines:

Submission Received: 11/13/2023
Approval Letter: 05/01/2024
