IDRM MEMO Approval Delays

I am an Army Reservist with over 20 years with a P3 profile. I have been assigned a nurse case manager and I have been waiting on whether my IDRM memo will get approved. I has been over 4 months. I have even started the IDES process. Is the wait normal? Should I contact IG about this? Is there a timeline requirement to complete a IDRM memo?

Had a similiar issue with my reserve board. IDRM took around 2-3 months for me. The only way I got movement was staying on the case manager every week via phone call. Then reaching up the chain, to her boss, when she stopped replying. If that doesn't work, then file a congressional. Nothing else will get your casing moving faster than an inquiry.
