So let’s say I’m given that amount of days based off leave and PTAD. What if I don’t have sufficient amount of days to start the check out. And it takes two weeks because there isn’t really anyone around to sign the check out forms. Then it cuts into my PTAD time or even the terminal leave time. What would you do in this situation?

That’s what happened to me right now. I’m just selling back the days of leave that I need to use doing my check-out stuff. Then as soon as I can, going on terminal.
 
Anyone that was PEB accepted end of August and early September get their results? still nothing from my Peblo and ive called to confirm they are done with my case at the VA.

No still nothing. I called the VA in November and they told me they have completed everything but my Peblo said that he was tracking it still with the ratings officer.

I get the line "nothing new on our report" i never was told i was unfit or anything i just know because it went to the VA.

Your package is probably being wrapped up nicely at the PEB for the next week or two before they come drop it down your chimney lol

It takes 10 business days if you check the va website. And a couples days for your PEBLOs office to receive it. Also you can contact your Military Service Coordinator (MSC) to see if it was sent out. Same MSC that helped you with your VA appointments.

It's only a few days for it to get to your PEBLO once the VA returns ratings to the board? I've heard varying things, such as multiple weeks.

Your PEBLO will receive it and call you in or tell you your percentages. Then you will have a certain amount of days to decide if you want to ACCEPT your findings or you want to do a FORMAL PEB BOARD.

Been 2 weeks since the VA said it was completed so hopefully here something soon. just getting impatient LOL its been a year since I first started the process.

You should definitely harass them because once the findings come back there's a 15 day timer before the results get auto accepted and final out process starts

Oh i have been trust me. I have been bugging my lawyer, the VA rep and the PEBLO office. I'm waiting for it to come back so I can submit TERA, i have my AA form ready just need the results to attach.
