So great news, just got off the phone with the VA and they said they are currently reviewing my service treatment records and my case has been assigned a rater. They said the last activity on my case was in fact today so that’s somewhat comforting. The VA never fails to amaze me in their level of procrastination. I told myself 2 weeks ago that they would wait until the very last week of the 20 day rating processing period before they generated my proposed ratings and big surprise…here we are now going into day 15-20 of it being assigned to a rating team. My case was assigned to a rating team on Oct 18th. Hopefully I’ll have my ratings soon ya’ll and join the club of the few…the proud….the rated lol

Anytime! Seems like everyone on this group is the best help and updates in this process. Which is a very sad thing that those who are apart of it refuse to help a lot. My PEBLO yesterday when I asked for an update told me he doesn’t give people updates during the process and that I will hear from him when he gets my findings and until then you just have to wait. When really he could login to the VTA system and see exactly where it is in a minute or less and give us less anxiety. But glad this forum is here for all of us to use! It definitely has been extremely informative and helpful, and this is coming from someone who works in Medical and is very knowledgeable on the PEB process having working in Medical Administration before dealing with it.

Hey yall i got my proposed ratings and got 80% I'm under the impression that i didn't get an inferred claim for tbi (msc didn't let me know i could claim it then ) do you all know whether or not i can fight the va ratings or add a claim this late in the process?
Once you get your findings back you can do a rating reconsideration with the VA and they will check it out but you’ll need to coordinate with your Msc
