Absolutely... I cannot believe it. I was hoping for at least 20 and am blown away.Worth the wait?
if you dont mind me asking, what was your referred condition.Absolutely... I cannot believe it. I was hoping for at least 20 and am blown away.
I had 4 total. 2 service connected, fibromyalgia and assorted stomach problems- gastroparesis, IBS, and functional gastrointestinal disease. My stomach is paralyzed and all the meds they tried on me messed up my GI tract.if you dont mind me asking, what was your referred condition.
I also have a connective tissue disorder that causes a LOT of issues, but it’s genetic so even though I was diagnosed in service they don’t count it.I had 4 total. 2 service connected, fibromyalgia and assorted stomach problems- gastroparesis, IBS, and functional gastrointestinal disease. Not to be a Debbie Downer but it’s probably going to be about three months from when the VA gets your case before ratings are done. That’s a roundabout time you’ll see across all the threads here at least for Navy. The VA has been saying I’ve been in decision phase for two months. So I called the VA today and they told me that my claims have been worked on Sunday night and today and are now moved in the decision phase of the process. They couldn’t tell me how long it might be there but I seems like good news and that things are moving quicker. The last update I was given was that 28FEB sent to the VA and that it was assigned a VA Rating Officer shortly after. Hopefully not much longer!

I think we all need to write our congressmen/women. You'd be surprised that sometimes they do actually take interest.I wouldn't care as much if there was clear communication. The lack of transparency in the VA and PEB is just crazy
Navy and USMC share the PEB processI just realized I posted in the Navy Case Timelines, my apologies.
I would like to know this, tooI called the VA and they said the were sending a letter with claim decision in the mail. How long after that does my peblo recieve findings?
I would like to know this
you will never receive that decision letter. It will go to your Peblo. Took exactly one week after my case was closed on VA.gov that I received an email with findings.I called the VA and they said the were sending a letter with claim decision in the mail. How long after that does my peblo recieve findings?
Based on recent timelines for Navy cases your proposed ratings should be complete or very soon to being complete. I’m about a month behind you in being deemed unfit. Hoping my ratings are done by late April.Just found this forum after searching Reddit for timelines!
Referred to MEB: Oct 26, 2021
PEBLO Referred to VA: Apr 13, 2022
QTC appointments: May 23-24, 2022
Submitted to PEB: Nov 18, 2022
Found Unfit: Dec 28, 2022
Last talked to my PEBLO on Mar 2nd and she said no change, and to call back next month.
I'll be 22 yrs in Navy next month (aligned with current EAOS), so we've started the extension process. In the meantime, I pray for patience every time my chain talks to me about the PFA cycle. If I have to get another PRT waiver signed this year, my doc is going to laugh in my face!
@nimbus3000t look a friend. So I just got an email from the VA saying that I need another C&P exam. When I talked on the phone with the VA. They told me I was in the decision phase. Is this normal it’s been since November since my everything was sent to the PEB
Ah I reached out to MSC to see what’s going on. My command was not too accommodating with my C&P exams last time. But that’s recruiting so.@nimbus3000t look a friend.
It's not normal but not unheard of in here
