- June 5th 2020 - Started being seen for referred condition
- February 22nd 2021- Placed on LIMDU
- May 13th 2021- PEB initiated
- May 19th 2021- Called PEBLO for update, MEBAA signed & Counseling with my PEBLO *Buy day*
- May 20th 2021- initial counseling with Legal
- June 2nd 2021- 101 Legal Counseling with Lawyer
- June 3rd 2021- call from MSC to setup an appointment
- June 7th 2021- MSC Appointment to go over VA Claims
- June 8th 2021- signed and sent MSC paperwork on the claims I planned on filing.
- June 10th 2022- Got a call from QTC to schedule appointments (5 in total)
- Appointment range from (June 25th 2021- August 6th 2021)
- June 28th 2021- QTC appointment for referred condition
- July 5th 2021- Results from QTC referred condition posted on TricareOnline *sent to lawyer same day*
- July 9th 2021- Meeting with Lawyer to go over QTC findings. Also, finished Personal Impact Statements. Lawyer sent to PEBLO
